While this property was very nice, I felt that we were price gauged for parking (there was a stadium event that night). Valet parking was a complete nightmare. Getting into and out of the hotel with car was ridiculous!!. Only one valet attendant late in the evening during a night when they knew people would be returning from a popular concert. Also at 11:00, there was about 20 plus people waiting to get assistance (check in, valet parking, food) and only one poor guy managing the front desk! Absolutely ridiculous!! I watched a tired pilot have to wait in excess of 20 min for assistance concerning his room. I walked out not knowing how long he actually waited. Another half dozen airline folks arrived at midnight to check in having to wait. There should have been at least two people on duty. SHAME on Hyatt!!
