Staff was very nice. I was a little disappointed with our room. The pictures definitely make it look much nicer than what it was. Gym was a little outdated. Also there are quiet hours on property which I wasn’t aware of before.

Perfect mountain retreat

It was a perfect 3 day mountain get away. In a beautiful suite overlooking lake Cyumaca. A wonderful staff always available to help. We are planning on a return trip this summer.

Booked the romantic suite - Not what we expected. The side panels to the tub were literally coming apart and the outside daybed had a lot of white stains on it. Key getting jammed trying to get into our suite at night.. and Sarah mentioned providing complimentary rose petals upon arrival and did not receive any. Overall, not an ideal place for a couple in their 20’s. It’s more of an older folk retreat home.
