Ronald and Marco were incredibly kind and attentive, taking care of all our needs throughout our stay. Everything was spotless, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the garden is beautiful and relaxing. The views are stunning, and the location is perfect—ideally situated for exploring the Ruta de las Flores region.
Beautiful property and friendly and attentive staff.
It was wonderful to have an English speaking manager, Rolando. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
We enjoyed our stay at this property.
It was a quiet beautiful place in the wilderness but beds and rooms could be bigger, service was as amazing, if you want a quiet place to rest and secluded it’s best place, I wished there was chairs on the top so you can relax the view on the top of the building.
Wow what an excellent find. Rolando and his staff made us feel like we were family wile staying here. Initially booked for two nights but decided to stay an extra night because it was perfect. The rooms are updated and very clean, the property is magical and the service was top of the line. So close to Ataco and Juayua and many attractions like cafe albania. We went here with our 8yr old and 2 yr old and they loved it.
Hotel Maria Isabel in Ataco was such a cute, cozy family-owned stay. The hotel was small, peaceful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, which we really appreciated.
There was no AC and unfortunately the fan in our room didn’t work, so we had to keep the windows open at night. But honestly, the hospitality made up for it. The breakfast was SO good, and the man at the front desk — who I think may have been the owner — was the sweetest. He was funny, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
