Beautiful view of City from rooftop pool area. Gym. Covered parking. Included breakfast was delicious. I appreciated that they had both kinds of outlets in the rooms, so I could use chargers from America that did not have adaptors.

Check in was a little awkward because the rooms weren’t ready so I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Staff barely spoke anything other than Portuguese but I managed with my limited knowledge. The room itself was a weird shape, like a small triangle and very small. The AC wasn’t cooling at all but I was only there for one night so I wasn’t going to complain. The redeeming quality was the breakfast which was pretty awesome.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Também tem boa estrutura e com a acomodação bastante confortável para o padrão de preço. O café da manhã também tem qualidade variável: parece-me que nos primeiros dias da semana estão com produtos disponíveis e frescos, mas nos dias seguintes o padrão vai caindo gradativamente, observando-se sempre os mesmos alimentos disponíveis em todos os dias sem variação perceptível. Em várias visitas, contudo, seja a trabalho ou com a família, a mudança de quarto por algum problema quase sempre acontece. Também várias vezes a chave perde o magnetismo e precisa-se perder tempo indo na recepção várias vezes para ajustar. Nessa estadia especificamente, a piscina estava muito mal conservada, com água imprópria... A internet só funciona razoavelmente, longe ainda do ideal, quando o hotel está vazio. Ao aumentar a ocupação percebe-se que a internet simplesmente fica impraticável até para envio de mensagem de texto. Aliás, o celular nem conecta por afirmar que a rede está indisponível.

Precisa de manutenção. O cofre não funcionou mesmo depois de consertado. Demoraram três horas para atender e não conseguiram arrumar. Isto é um transtorno pq ou b vc leva seus pertences ( como joias)para a rua ou deixa no quarto cheio de escrito q não se responsabilizam. Acessórios do banheiro mal colocados, caindo.O que coloca toalha caindo, sem possibilidade da toalha permanecer lá. O do sabonete dentro do box com um parafuso só, também sem conseguir segurar o sabonete lá. Coisas pequenas mostrando o descaso de manutenção.,Inicialmente nos colocaram num quarto para cadeirante, apesar de não sermos. O banho inundou até o quarto pq não tinha nem box nem caída adequada. Pedimos pra trocar no dia seguinte, e fomos atendidos.,Coitado do cadeirante q ficar lá. Equipe de funcionários muito gentil e condição geral de limpeza muito boa. Excelente localização. Ar condicionado muito bom. Vamos resolver estes problemas de manutenção pra ficar ótimo?
