My room was really dirty. Dusty everywhere, bugs on the blanket, hair all over the shower. On the second night the AC stopped working. I called the reception desk and all I got was an apology that there was nobody available to do maintenance at the moment. I think that at least they should have offered another room for me.

Cheguei e meu ar-condicionado não estava funcionando comuniquei a recepção e nada foi feito. No dia seguinte avisei novamente pela manhã e quando retornei à noite estava do mesmo jeito, nem fizeram nada nem deram retorno nenhum, assim como não buscaram solução. Na hora de fazer o checkout não deram absolutamente nenhum desconto ou condição pelo transtorno que me geraram . Paguei preço cheio e passei 2 noites de calor pois nem ventilador não tinha. Absurdo

Estadia para duas pessoas. Somente um travesseiro extra e Somente um cobertor no quarto. No meio da madrugada, fomos acordados 2 vezes com o soar do alarme de incêndio (alarme falso). Ligamos para a recepção e não fomos atendidos. Desci para falar com eles e não nos deram solução. Frigobar barulhento.
