As well all know, pictures can be deceiving, and that is the case here. The staff was very nice, and the place was clean (you could tell by the smell of cleaning products on the hallway), but the place is old and the surrounding area was questionable. Since the cancellation period had expired by the time I got to the hotel, I decided to take it as a sunk cost, and found another hotel to stay at.

Chegamos numa terça feira bem tranquila na cidade, porém não fomos bem tratados por um funcionário que estava na recepção na noite de terça feira dia 06/01. Nos tratou com muita falta de educação, se referiu ao meu noivo como “cara” quando interfonou pro funcionário do estacionamento, porque precisávamos acessar o carro, estava trabalhando de má vontade. O quarto não se parecia com o das fotos do anúncio, pessoalmente é bem caído. Porém a cama muito macia e grande. Toalhas de banho muito finas de tão velhas, não disponibilizaram toalhas de rosto mesmo eu pedindo. Único ponto muito positivo é o serviço da camareira, que deixou tudo impecável e limpo pra gente. Não sei quem era, mas gostaria de deixar registrado que a limpeza é muito boa. Não voltaria neste hotel.
