Grundsätzlich waren Lage, Größe, Ausstattung und der Zimmerzuschnitt des Hauses eigentlich sehr gut, allerdings ist gerade die Ausstattung und hier insbesondere die Möblierung doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auf jeden Fall austauschwürdig. Alle Betten und auch die Wohnzimmercouch waren vollständig durchgelegen und dadurch viel zu weich und unbequem. Das größte Manko war aber aus meiner Sicht die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft (obwohl ich diesbezüglich eigentlich nicht pingelig bin). Hier hat vermutlich weder durch den Vormieter noch durch den Vermieter bzw. die Ferienhausvermittlung eine Endreinigung stattgefunden, diese musste durch uns nachgeholt werden (Böden, Tische, Bad, Küche). Wofür die Ferienhausvermittlung eine "Reinigungsprüfungsgebühr" erhebt, ist mir daher nicht ganz klar.
