Yes, the menu breakfast was fresh. The food was good. Um, customer service was excellent at the restaurant and customer service. the receptionist overall, everything was great. The beds are too hard though, but I guess that's every a hotel in El Salvador.

Terrible room. Smell was unbearable and unable to sleep. Dirty floor, sheets and pillow covers. No towels or furniture. Just the beds. Service very slow. Beware.

Surrounding areas were dirty, pool extremely gross as per they don’t have self clean pump or water filtration in place and very small, pillow with out pillowcases, towels are old with holes and very deteriorated, I won’t stay there for the price that I paid

Like the frontage of the beach. Didn't like...limited staff and way too noisy. Must put limited hours of screaming and running in the hallways. Dogs dine with guests...Didn't like that.

staff at reception not friendly. Reception desk is a small room. Food and drinks bad and pricy. Access to the beach unsafe. Place need a lot of maintenance. Price what they charge is not worth it.

The overall appearance is really nice and has a modern look. The room didn’t have comforters, not enough towels, not even hand towels in the bathroom. The hotel is pretty new but I don’t think they are equipped just yet for guests.
