O ambiente do hotel era sujo, bem empoeirado, o cafe da manha contava com uma equipe excelente, porém, ficamos 5 dias, alem de repetitivo, local sem cuidado, cpm muitas moscas ao redor dos alimentos, alguns alimentos a palatabilidade deixava a desejar, assim como a apresentação. No quarto apertadinho ofertado para 4 pessoas, alem das muriçocas de monte, o banheiro com muito mofo na area do chuveiro a cama era até confortável, no entanto, os lencois e toalhas é algo que precisa ser revisto com urgência, lençol da cama cpm rasgo, toalhas velhas e duras, desfiadas nas laterais, uma vergonha. Meus filhos foram a piscina, a mesma estava bem suja, cheia de folhagens. Resumindo o problema é o desgaste do enxoval e a higiene do ambiente. O hotel dispõe de estacionamento pago a parte, porém o mesmo esta sempre de porta aberta, nao possui nenhuma zeladoria no local, permitindo a entrada facil de qualquer pessoa.
