Everything was nice. Everything looked clean but our bed sheets had blood on them from the previous occupants. It was on the side by the wall on the edge. Not easily seen. Obviously they were not changed after the last people checked out.

Staff was top notch. Loved all the little touches: welcoming drinks, late night cookies, breakfast bags, macaroons, proximity to everything! Just a beautiful place to recharge and enjoy Charleston. Definitely would stay again.

Hotel was amazing. Breakfast first morning just crumbles of bacon. Omelet guy was too busy on his phone to care. Was there 30 minutes eating and bacon never got refilled.
Had to call maintenance shower curtain rod was falling down and shower was clogged.
With the amount of staff standing around doing absolutely nothing. Management should look at their payroll and do some cutting.
