Eagle Cap Chalets were absolutely top notch customer service! Everyone greeted us with a genuine smile and welcome for our stays and went above and beyond during our time. Cannot recommend their cinnamon rolls in the morning (be sure to get them while they are warm!) and the location cannot be beat for those looking for extended outdoor adventure.

Staff was great at fixing any problems in a timely manner. Pool and hot tub were great. The miniature golf course was fun but could use some fresh paint and sprucing up. Also the parking was a bit crazy but overall our stay was great. Would recommend to others.

Our stay at Eagle Cap was far better than anticipated! What a lovely staff, in a beautiful place! I appreciated the kindness and enthusiasm from each person I spoke to. The room was comfortable, the amenities were nice, the coffee in the cafe was excellent, and the surrounding area, lake, tram, and nearby town were fantastic! We’ve already decided this will be an annual trip for our family.

The location is phenomenal and truly beautiful. Since it’s at the end of the lake WiFi is not reliable. Otherwise property is rustic (as it should be), a great family stop, and wonderful cinnamon rolls! A few close restaurants that are in line with the vibe. We would go back in A heart beat!!!
