The Casona is a nice hotel. The room siz is acceptable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The price is too high for what you get. Hotels.con says the distance from Cuetzalan is 4.6 miles. No it is 16 miles an transportation is very limited to go in and out. The Casona is located in the town of Jonotla, Puebla which is a very nice town if you want to "disconect"

Es un lugar Increíble, la naturaleza, los lugares cercanos a visitar, pero nada tendría tanto valor si no existiera ese maravilloso grupo de personas que hacen de la estancia algo único. Todos nos atendieron de maravilla,recepción, personal del restaurante, personal para los tours, personal de limpieza, personal del spa. Solo que en la página no te dicen que no hay señal de celulares y el wifi que tienen en el hotel solo sirve en ciertas áreas (y no muy bien) el hotel es lindo pero está un poco descuidado mi Habiatcion tenían una gotera, solo estuvimos una noche hospedados y se fue la luz 3 veces. En la madrugada morimos de calor

Un excelente lugar para relajarse y descansar, el personal es muy amable y atento, la limpieza y las condiciones del hotel son muy buenas, solo que en los cuartos frente al edificio principal no tiene WIFI pero sino lo necesitas es lo unico que me hizo falta, en general una gran experiencia

Me gustó el hotel pero me hubiera gustado otro tipo de habitación ya que la que me tocó no cumplía lo básico a lo que estoy acostumbrada como secadora, me incomodó un poco que las cortinas no cerraban en su totalidad y no podía estar en la habitación a libertad porque se veía para afuera, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien la atención, la naturaleza, las instalaciones, todo muy bien.

Una joya en la sierra de Puebla, todo el tiempo hacen que tu experiencia sea muy agradable, tienen un tour a unas grutas y cascadas que vale la pena visitar y otro tour para visitar el pueblo de Jonotla donde esta ubicado el hotel y un mirador arriba de una iglesia donde puedes ver una pequeña virgen que milagrosamente apareció tallada en piedra. Vale la pena. En el restaurante del hotel también se come muy bien. A 40 minutos esta el famoso pueblo de Cuetzalan. 100% recomendable!!

Increíble lugar, bellísimo hotel, excusas tontas.

hermoso hotel con buenos alimentos y gran variedad de servicios que ofrece. Hubiéramos vuelto con toda seguridad si no nos hubieran salido con la noticia que por reservar por Hotels.com ellos no facturan. Pedimos hablar con el gerente acerca de esto y no nos tomo o devolvió la llamada. Esto arruina todo lo hermoso que tiene, porque se convierte en una experiencia desagradable. Lo curioso es que los demás hoteles que usamos en el viaje los reservamos de la misma manera y nunca se negaron a facturar, y lo puedo comprobar.

El lugar es hermoso, solo que el cuarto que nos tocó olía mucho a humedad, lo que es molesto, recomendaría que lo ventilaran más. Se muestran en las fotos spas para meterte pero no te informan que tienen un costo adicional, lo que es una información poco clara para los clientes.
