Nice and quiet hotel with a good location. Breakfast was good. My room was not properly cleaned when i checked in, but the bed and bathroom was perfect so i did not care

New hotel, all the modern facilities you would expect from The Quality Hotel, superb breakfast options, sat TV modern and clean bathroom facilities. Staff friendly and helpful and ease of access from bus/train station as it’s literally over the road, this was reassuring when I arrived late at night. Would definitely stay again, although is expensive and there are cheaper options available in locality.

You won't regret staying here!

I just really enjoy this hotel! From the amazing views to the rooftop hot tub to the very pleasant and helpful staff, I no longer consider any other hotels in town. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. I've never had any issues with cleanliness. They have a great gym and a very good breakfast. The attached restaurant is also quite good. Location is pretty perfect in terms of getting around and, though it is a bit tight, it's nice that they have a parking deck underneath. My suitcase got lost for a couple of days and I was FASCINATED to learn that the Quality actually has rental workout attire for a VERY good price! It is the only reason I had a change of clothes for my first day in town.

Bad communication and inflexible

I tried canceling, I paid for insurance, tried to contact the hotel and was super late reply, zero empathy or understanding. Between hotels, insurance and the hotel, they made me hate the idea of putting a foot in that hotel.

Our room had a maintenance issue. Lights in bathroom would not turn off. Hanging glass globe light fixture over the bed had a large piece of glass missing and had additional cracks. We were able to move to another room however it was a much smaller room and no reduction in the rate was available when requested. Wonderful location and breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Would stay again as the room issue was a 1 time thing.

NO TELEPHONE IN ROOM As an older customer felt very vulnerable not to be able to contact the desk in an emergency In order to get your room cleaned, you have to tell the desk before 10 o’clock at night There was a chip/French fry in the corridor outside my room. It was still there when I was leaving four days later. The pillows were thin and an adequate. the towels equally as thin certainly not fluffy. Bedside table small and unstable no drawers to put clothes in Hello good disable shower, however no shelf to put shampoo etc on

Highly recommend this hotel and the dining options were good but we were diverted to another part of the bar as the hotel restaurant was supposed to be full - which it wasn't. Breakfast was excellent. The area around the hotel wasn't inviting and the dining options were limited.

Super godt. Man skal lige huske at parkeringsgaragen ikke er gratis ellers er det en kontrolafgift på 800 s.kr.

Tyvärr inte vad vi förväntade oss

Vi valde detta hotell efter att ha jämfört flera alternativ i Jönköping. Det kändes nytt, fräscht och hade höga betyg. Läget utanför stadskärnan tilltalade oss, då det verkade finnas mer än bara ett boende – lite mer "helhetsupplevelse". Vid ankomst fick vi ett gott första intryck. Incheckningen gick snabbt och smidigt och lobbyn var både trevlig och inbjudande. Men tyvärr började besvikelsen kort därefter. När vi skulle duscha upptäckte vi gula fläckar på handdukarna – riktigt ofräscht. Det värsta var ändå att soporna från tidigare gäster inte var borttagna i badrummet. Det låg använda bindor och kartonger från receptbelagda läkemedel kvar i papperskorgen. För oss var det både motbjudande och direkt olustigt – och det känns respektlöst både mot oss som nya gäster och mot de tidigare gästerna vars privata avfall låg kvar. Sömnen blev inte heller som vi hoppats. Kuddarna var extremt små och tunna – långt ifrån vad man brukar förvänta sig av hotellkuddar. Både jag och min man sov dåligt på grund av det. Det saknades även en enkel men viktig detalj: en telefon på rummet för att kunna kontakta receptionen. Istället var man tvungen att ringa från sin egen mobil, vilket känns som ett grundläggande bekvämlighetsmiss. Sammanfattningsvis hade vistelsen potential, men tyvärr brast det rejält i sådant som handlar om renlighet, komfort och service – vilket är det minsta man ska kunna förvänta sig på ett hotell i den hotell i den här prisklassen. Vi åker inte tillbaka.

Trevlig lobby men bör underhållas mer

Trevlig personal, väldigt bra frukost. Rymliga rum med fin utsikt men bör jobbas på underhållet. När vi anlände så var handfatet trasigt och gick inte att tappa ur. Fjärrkontroll defekt så tv lira inte mm. Drar ner lite på övriga betyget. Trevligt plus då de har shuffleboard samt annat bollspel i lobbyn. Bjuder även på popcorn till alla boende som är fritt att ta i lobbyn. Frukosten var riktigt bra med de sedvanliga du förväntar dig att se.

Ett mycket trevligt och fräscht hotell. Skön säng, härliga lakan och bra temperatur i rummet. Dock var det totalt stopp i avloppet i duschen så inget vatten rann undan. Meddelade personalen detta som bad om ursäkt men fick tyvärr ingen kompensation. Men i stort nöjd med hotellet! Och jättebra frukost.

Lagom men fräscht hotell med stora hissproblem

Bokade två nätter här eftersom jag trodde att det skulle vara ett nytt och fräscht hotell i Jönköping. Det var absolut fräscht, men kändes kanske lite lagom. Frukosten var bra och det var enkelt att parkera, med fin utsikt från rummet. Tyvärr var hissystemet ett stort problem – vi fick vid flera tillfällen vänta över fem minuter på en hiss, vilket ledde till långa köer både inne och utanför hissarna. Nästa gång väljer vi nog tyvärr ett annat hotell.
