Nice and quiet hotel with a good location. Breakfast was good. My room was not properly cleaned when i checked in, but the bed and bathroom was perfect so i did not care

Bad communication and inflexible

I tried canceling, I paid for insurance, tried to contact the hotel and was super late reply, zero empathy or understanding. Between hotels, insurance and the hotel, they made me hate the idea of putting a foot in that hotel.

Väldigt dålig inställning till oss kunder och därmed dålig service, hotell personalen har inget intresse att ens försöka göra det bra för kunderna. Bra skick på byggnaden men så dåligt att nästan inga rum har utsikt mot vattnet. Hotellet är inte alls så bra som förväntat eller som det skulle kunna vara, har bott där flera gånger men undviker det.

Modernt men lyhört

Jättefint hotel med bra läge. Men ett stort problem visade sig vara att det va extremt lyhört. Nu råkade det va Melodifestivalhelg och jag tror efterfesten va längst ner. Men det är anmärkningsvärt att den hörs från våning -1 till våning 11. Det var också dåligt isolerat ut till hallen och mellan våningarna. Hörde också tågutropen från tågen. Men i övrigt. Fräscht, fint, modernt, jättegod frukost. Under en vanlig helg utan stora event är nog hotellet ett jättebra val.
