Nice and quiet hotel with a good location. Breakfast was good. My room was not properly cleaned when i checked in, but the bed and bathroom was perfect so i did not care

Bad communication and inflexible

I tried canceling, I paid for insurance, tried to contact the hotel and was super late reply, zero empathy or understanding. Between hotels, insurance and the hotel, they made me hate the idea of putting a foot in that hotel.

Fint hotel men otrevlig personal

Ett fint hotell med fina rum men personalen saknade lite servicekänsla. Tjatades att frukost tid skulle bokas. Alla tider visade sig vara fulla när vi kom för att checka in vid 15 förutom vid 7.00 och 7.15. När det väl var dags för frukost meddelande en i personalen oss att frukosten först serveras 7.30. Ingen ursäkt utan mer ett tråkigt bemötande om att det var vårt fel att vi inte tagit reda på när frukosten serveras och att det var fel i deras bokningssystem av frukosttid.

Relativt nybyggt hotell som är helt okej att bo på. Modernt och fräscht. Parkering under hotellet för skälig peng. Sköna sängar. Mycket fin frukost med stort utbud och trevlig personal.
