Comfy, friendly staff but a little tired looking

The people were all great, quick check-in, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included which was limited in choice compared to my past experience several years ago but you could still have a hearty breakfast. The location is very handy for the centre of town, indeed you can walk to most places very easily and quickly. My only gripe with my room on the third floor was how tired and worn the room and furniture were.

The hotel assigned me a room with 2 tiny windows up under the ceiling (about 2.5 m above the floor). Bed lamp didn't work, Ceiling lamp didn't work and the hair dryer didn't work. I asked for a different room, similar to what I had booked and paid for, but the hotel claimed they were fully booked. This was however not true, since there were still rooms of the same type available on hotels.com.

Personal är trevlig. Jättebra frukost. Rummet är sliten. Trassiga tapetter, sins skada på möblers yta. Damm i rymmet. Det finns inga strömbrytare för den väggmonterade belysningen. så att man måste stänga av elen i rummet helt för att kunna sova i mörkret. Sängkläder är fräsh.
