Great beds, good breakfast, good location

Rooms have been renovated, and are very smart with the latest beds (configurable hard/soft in two zones), TV with chromecast, and smart bathrooms. The building looks quite grand and the corridors speak of old-world riches. Had booked twin beds through Hotels.com but got given double - but the reception re-made the beds as twins and solved the problem. The location is very central, which is convenient, but there can be street noise during the night - so having the windows open is probably not a good idea.

Väldigt varmt. Dålig ventilation och ingen ac. Städning inte ok. Bla fanns ett gammalt äpple under sängen. Tråkig utsikt från de rummen vi fick. Läget är mycket bra. Trevlig receptionist. Frukosten var bra.

Luktade instängt och unket när vi kom in på rummet, dålig luft. Varmt, ingen fläkt. Vi sov med alla fönster öppna. Vita rullgardiner och tunna vita gardiner, blev väldigt ljust. De borde investera i mörkläggning gardiner och en sänggavel. Litet badrum men det var nyrenoverat och fint. Okej frukost, dåligt med olika sorter av bröd bara. Sammanfattningsvis, det var inget Grand Hotell precis. Vi kommer inte att bo där igen.

Der mangler aircondition på værelset og ikke til at lave gennemtræk så der var meget varmt på værelset og der er ikke mulighed for at få noget koldt eller varmt at drikke om aften på hotellet

Alla hotellgäster vill få en mumsig frukost

Alla längtar efter en härlig hotellfrukost, även jag. Trots information om min allergi, mjölkprotein, blev jag utan allt gott bröd. Jag fick nöja mig med fruset glutenfritt bröd. Detta visar mig vilken klass och vilken service till alla gäster. Ingen märkning fanns på övriga produkter. Bra frukost för övrigt.

Det marknadsförs - en fantastisk frukost, inget vi håller med om, det fanns inga lediga platser i matsalen, inget salt i ströarna på borden, dåligt utbud på bröd (bara mjukt) kaffet var blaskigt. Hade det endast stått - frukost, hade vi inte klagat! Fint och rent rum, sköna sängar, trevlig personal i receptionen.

Bra centralt hotell med serviceinriktad personal

En bra övernattning centralt i Jönköping. Trevlig, serviceminded personal i receptionen. Lugnt och tyst. Enda nackdelen var för liten frukostsal när man inte behövde boka sin frukosttid. Fick sitta med folk jag inte kände, när jag hellre hade ätit frukost ensam vid ett bord (i-landsproblem jag vet)

Afspærring af dele af byen gjorde det svært at finde frem via GPS. Udsigten fra værelset levede ikke op til det lovede og det ekstra vi havde betalt op

Booket premium rom med sjøutsikt, med bilde av et hjørnerom. Fikk et ganske ordinært rom med utsikt til torget. På forspørsel til resepsjonen om dette var riktig rom, ble det bekreftet at det var premiumrom og et av deres beste rom. Varmt på rommet, ingen kjøling, måtte derfor ha vinduet åpent med mye støy fra fugleliv, trafikk og byggearbeider. Ingen kjøleskap/minibar på rommet. God frokost og hyggelig personale.

Fleksibelt personale

Lidt problemer ved ankomst fordi håndværkere var igang med renovation af en del værelser. En venlig medarbejder fra hotellet løste straks problemet, efter vi forgæves havde forsøgt os i receptionen. God løsning og serviceminded medarbejder. Fin morgenmad, der udmærkede sig ved at der ikke var for stor mængde på fadene fra start. Personalet sørgede løbende for, at alle fade var med indhold uden det blev for meget. Tænkte at det var en god måde at undgå madspild. Fin ordning. God placering i byen.

Dålig belysning både i rummet och i badrummet, fick ta bort lampskärmen för att ens kunna läsa i sängen. Också svårt att sminka sig med så dåligt ljus. Hål i lakanet kändes inte så fräscht. Lite gammaldags med två kranar för kallt och varmt vatten istället för en vanlig blandare. Mycket vatten spolas nog ut i onödan medan man ska försöka hitta lagom temperatur. Frukosten var sådär, jag saknade naturell yoghurt/kvarg och bacon.

Supertrevlig tjej som checkade in mig och gjorde mig till medlem, gav tips på resturang att hämta mat på, skäl klart hade hon fixat bestick tills jag kom tillbaka.

Olika standard på rummen

Att få ett rum med utsikt rakt in i en vägg var inte roligt. Även om vi betalt för standard rum så fanns ingen förvarning att det kunde vara så omysigt. En fåtölj istället för två. Dusch med fönster i klarglas som visar hela kroppen för andra rum på kvällen är inte okej. Saknade garderob och TV:n mycket långsam. Ett tråkigt grått rum. Rum 301. Våra vänner som betalat mindre än oss fick rum 304. Bra att bo nära varandra, men en enorm skillnad på standard. Vi blev lovade byte dagen efter, men receptionisten hade inte överlämnat ärendet till nästa på plats. Till slut fick vi byta upp oss och blev nöjda. Vi fick då 304 efter att vännerna checkat ut. Det rummet var mycket fint, men TV:n segare. God frukost!
