Offered smaller rom than payed for on hotels.com 20 sqm wit 2 sepatate beds instead ov 28 sqm with Kingbed ! Reception reaction was only Hotels com requested standard room and that is what you get.no attemp to fix or uppgrade just ask if i am member Hotel is nice clean with good staff central located and has secure garrage [ +240sek)

Staff were fantastic. Cindy at reception was exceptional at her role. Rooms were fantastic, powerful showers, good breakfast and onsite parking (chargeable). Overall a great hotel and would definitely recommend.

Todella ihana hotelli keskeisellä paikalla! Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Näköala oli järvelle ja ikkunan edessä oli nojatuolit joista maisemaa pystyi ihailemaan. Ilmastointia pystyi itse säätämään. Käytävällä kaapissa oli silitysrauta ja lauta. Auton sai kätevästi hotellin omaan parkkihalliin, se tosin maksoi erikseen, mutta parkkitilaa ei tarvinnut erikseen etsiä. Kylpyhuone oli siisti ja mukavan kokoinen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli monipuolinen, mutta vihanneksia olisi voinut olla muutakin kuin kurkkua.

Personalen var fantastisk, vänliga, trevliga och hur hjälpsamma som helst. Maten var god. Det som störde hela upplevelsen var att de ställde in ett använt vinglas på vårt rum (vi dricker inte vin), de bytte inte handdukarna och fyllde inte på toalettpapperet. Till det priset förväntade vi oss lite bättre service.
