I forgot the receipt to go to the restaurant, and they refused me to come for breakfast. I paid and I told them my room number and showed them my hotel key. Still refused. Finally found out that the receipt was left in the receptionist (I forgot to take it due to I was too tired). So humiliating. The hotel itself and the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is safe (has a gate) and clean.

NETRAL HOTEL 이용후기

STANDARD ROOM은 에어컨이 없어 솔직히 현지인 아니면 잘 수 없는 상태입니다. 이런 부분이 호텔스닷컴에서는 명확치 않아 이번 여행에서도 업그레이드를 했습니다. 아울러 바로 옆이 공원묘지, 또 반대편에는 무슬람 사원이 근접해있어 정해진 시간에 스피커로 왕왕왕 새벽 4시부터 정말 시끄럽습니다. 다행히 직원분들은 매우 친절합니다.
