The food was great! All meals were savory and reminded me of “home cooking”. The beach was EXCELLENT! Not crowded. The water was great! We got in it each day we were there. The only downside was that the rooms could use an upgrade; however they were clean.

I enjoyed my stay at Jolly Beach Hotel, but the hotel is due for maintenance overhaul. The staff, food, location and amenities were all excellent. I will re-visit the hotel in a few years or after they have repaired some of the deficiencies.

My husband & I travel quite often and we find this beach to be one of the most amazing beaches by far. The food is exceptional, although I was longing for some fried plantains, but that is minor. The rooms are clean but really does need upgrading, too outdated. I’d say 95% if the staff are quite pleasant and helpful. Greeting to Anaya, she’s one of the best and knows how to put a smile on someone’s face. I will recommend.

The beach is the best part! Drinks were good and food as well. Property outdated and some of my friends had issues with their AC. Another couple had an issue with their shower but they came to fix it quickly. Thankfully, we didn't have any issues with our room and I appreciated the hot water shower. Overall, loved this affordable yet piece of paradise that I want to return yearly!

The staff was extremely helpful and informative from the moment we arrived. I was a little underwhelmed with the rooms we had. They were on the smaller side and very outdated. The bathroom showers were tiny and did not look clean. There also wasn’t hot water in our shower. The power also went out almost every day and sometimes lasted hours, which meant no AC, no lights, no way to charge our electronics. Room service didn’t come to clean our room once while we were there, which wasn’t the greatest. The pros - the beach is beautiful and clean, the food was very tasty and enough options where you don’t feel overwhelmed. The pools were well maintained and, the game room was such a great bonus for rainy days, and the island itself was full of culture.

Rooms are too small and you have to request for any type of service ( room service, fresh towel, etc). Only some of the workers were friendly and helpful. Others had rude attitudes, if you asked a simple question. The food was good and the views were beautiful.
