Room with a not so view

Was told there was an extra charge for checking in 45 minutes early. Also, even though the hotel was not busy, was placed in a room staring at the a/c units. Could’ve been better.

A place to relax your body and to clear your mind

Great place to stay both for the body and the soul. Very spacious rooms and very well appointed. The view from the window onto the river is amazing! And the staff are as friendly and courteous as could be! Bravo!!!

Liked the fact that we were advised of an event happening during our stay, and put us in an area that was quieter. Didn’t like the fact that we asked for an extra coffee for the nespresso, but we were only staying one night so they couldn’t give us any extra, wow!
