El hotel y sus instalaciones en general se encuentran en buen estado, cuenta con estacionamiento pero no con valet parking, la habitación es bonita pero me sorprendió que donde se encontraba el escusado no tuviera la pared completa ya que la comparte con la bañera y tampoco tiene puerta principal a esta área, si vienes con tu pareja espero que se tengan mucha confianza desconozco si solo era nuestra habitación, la alberca muy bonita y el hotel está en buena ubicación ideal para pasar una noche rápida o un par de días

Al llegar nos informaron que la alberca estaba cerrada por “motivos de limpieza”, pero en realidad la cerraron porque en la noche habría un evento a un lado. Esto es completamente engañoso. Morelos es un destino al que uno va precisamente a relajarse, y la alberca es un factor decisivo al momento de reservar un hotel. No es un servicio opcional. Si un hotel ofrece y cobra por este tipo de amenidades, debe garantizarlas o informar con total transparencia desde el inicio.

Se había reservado una habitación con vista al jardín y no fue respetado está reservación, en cambio dieron una con vista a la carretera, las cortinas de la habitación tienen partes que se ya están desgastadas y se traspasa un poco la luz, y la iluminación en la habitación a mi criterio es poca, falta luz en la habitación
