Check-in staff wanted additional RM10 for a 'foreigner fee' and told me its hotel requirement but later 'wavied off' for me after I questioned him further. Room was old, dirty with spider webs and old bedsheets. Tv was not functioning and no towel. When I went down to counter and ask for towels, staff said hotel has ran out of it.

Horrible hotels.com and my ever worst stay

Hotels.com should take a more active role to ensure reservation is confirmed especially when the booking is done on the same day when staying overnight on the same day. Worse thing hotels.com can say no refund can be given as it is non refundable and subject to the hotel approval. It was at the very same hotel which I was sitting for one hour and not allowed to go. Will I get any kind of compensation? Nothing. Nothing to appease me. Hotels.com is not the only one. I will venture out for some other better agents. I think they are starting to take things for granted, I have been a loyal customer for so many years and this is how I am treated, Now about the hotelโ€ฆ 1) Aircon not working. Hot 2) towels not given and had to request. Said given when not given 3) No telephone- hotels.com tried to call the management to verify the issue and they cannot go through 4) shower/ water pressure so low, water was trickling down 5) toilet seat broken

The shower needs to be cleaned better especially the drain which was mostly blocked so the shower flooded the bathroom. Floor was a bit dusty. Bedsheets were stained!

very clean and at the top of their class, value for money, free parking at the hotel front, next to Balai Polis, even have a security guard during night time, complimentary mineral water, air kotak and some snacks, good job for the management. (by the way, there is no elevator at the building. kindly confirm with the hotel to book room at the ground for the elderly)

Quiet, clean and the stay worth the money

Overall satisfied. Just the lightning bit dark for reading in the night.For bussines trip, there's no table for doing some work, only small table inside the room. Bit suprise with the snack and beverage given in the room. Will come back again.

Hope the hotel can make some improvement.

The wash basin was too near to cloth hanger and this will make your hanging cloth can be wet easily. Beside the tissue box was so small amount. When request for room 2 keys they reply that only 1 key can be issue. Very disappointed!

Didn't expect the Premier Queen to be so beautiful! A budget hotel and extremely comfortable! Loving the interior design :) Only point to pick out would be the slight stains on the linen but it's understandable! Warm staffs you have!

Quiet, clean and basic hotel

Booked this hotel knowing that there is nothing nearby. It is not in a busy area, there is a minimart right beside so you can still get basics however shopping etc is far away. We droved there so distance not a problem for us. Love how basic yet clean the hotel is. Very simple, the location of TV is great, love the layout of the room. Overall for the price, highly recommend. Do not expect high level of service as this is a minimalistic hotel, however the checkin and checkout was very smooth.
