The view is great but lighting can be improved. The door access card take a longer tome to open the door. The disposable slippers should have bigger sizes. It has sofa for us to relax on but the tv do not have extra channel. Overall the atmosphere is good. It should have concession rates for those staying there to buy food from their restaurants.

The room needs a major renovation. The quilt, mattress, pillow and the bed frame feels old. The sofa is terrible, the the cushion doesnt provide much support at all, almost felt like you are sitting on a wooden bench. The toilet need the most work, everything feels like it was done when the hotel was first built decade ago.

Water disaster on arrival. Shower head faulty resulting in flooding in the toilet. Room was clearly not cleaned up properly as dirt and rubbish could be seen on the carpet. Dirty and extremly wore out bedsheets were used. Lifts and service lifts were super slow. Can wait up to 5-7 mins for one and another 3 mins to go down from level 19 to G floor. Would not recommend unless tight on budget. There are many other selections around the same area.

Paper thin Walls where you hear everything

The hotel is clean but not great. Check in was a nightmare, it took 25 mins to get our room card, very manual and slow. Cannot sleep the whole night as the idiotic family from next door (kids) decided to scream and shout the whole time. If they are not screaming and shouting, they are switching on the TV so loudly and even banging on the walls! Ridiculous selfish people!!! I came to have a holiday, not to get a nightmare!

Big spacious rooms but in need for an upgrade

Got the 3 person room with a Queen and 1 Single bed. The room is huge but the amenities inside the room are so old some of them looks run down. The wooden fixtures starting to peel off, the toilet door frame are peeling off and the shower is only accessible by the bathtub. Meaning u hv to climb into the tub to shower which is a challenge for elderly. The aircon is very cold, cant rly control the temp even aft we turn the temp up to max, it still felt like cold. The lifts are a bit annoying as we hv to go down to lobby and change to another lift which we need to walk across the lobby to access the room lifts. But the service staff were very friendly and welcoming so that is a big plus. And the price is affordable with a lot of food arnd the area and further down the road there's laundry 24hrs

Family short stay in JB

Last minute decided to have a trip in JB, booked NewYork hotel. Conditions too old, need to retrofit, believe it was a 5 stars hotel 30 years or so back. Staffs service is good.
