Won't stay here again

Out of 4 lifts to our block, only 2 were working. At times, only one lift was working. The wait for the lifts is easily at least 20 mins. On one occasion, it was so packed that we climbed up the stairs to our unit at level 25. The place was very run down as well, and the photos looked completely different fro where we stayed.

Would have had a better stay if

Apartment was clean and convenient, beds were comfortable but the sofas were not. Tv size a bit small but came with Netflix we can log into our own account. We stayed for 4 nights requested for extension so we can have lunch first without lugging all our luggages around but was able told even an hour extension is subject to charge. Not a pleasant experience to end an otherwise comfortable stay.

It's a spacious apartment that is conveniently located above KSL shopping mall. The apartment has multiple rooms, including a dining and kitchen area, and living room to gather.

The service is excellent. The room is clean and front desk is friendly and the staff comes out to welcome us. 1st impression very good.
