Expedia does not cover hotel tax of MYR 20, so you need to pay when you check in. There is a refundable MYR 100 damage deposit that you also need to pay when you check in, so make sure you collect it when you check out. The breakfast is decent. The room is decent. The staff service quality is decent.

First room they assigned me, the aircon was not working very well and there was no minibar. So, I asked to upgrade to another room with a better aircon and with a minibar at an extra cost of RM120. Stay was very comfortable after that.

Reserved a family room for 4. Room is not spacious, it actually like 2 rooms combine to one. Can't have all 4 to sit around for chatting/ sharing food in the room. Have a desk and a dressing table but only 1 stool provided. However overall is fine, staff is friendly, and checking in/ out completed within 15 min.

the room was ok. not exactly spot clean, bed has some tiny stains, but it was still acceptable. hotel walkable to city square when the sun is not too hot. staff was reluctant when we were requesting to store our luggage in the luggage room after check out. the staff say the luggage room was full. but what we saw was the shelves inside was full, there are ample space on the floor. would be good if the staff is more flexible and allow us to put on the floor in the luggage room temporarily

Dirty and gross room.

I was staying in room 703. The cleanliness was horrible upon check in. There were urine stains on the toilet seat cover and it’s not a few drop, it looked like a boy pee and missed it and ended at the cover. So it felt like the toilet bowl was not cleaned and sanitized after the previous guest left. It was a twin bed, so one of the bed had hairs and stained on the bedsheet.
