The property team is very responsive and quick to help. While there are some food options below the block, they mostly close by 10pm. The waterfront seafood area is about 5 - 10min drive away. The apartment is quiet and clean, though the bed is a little hard. The instructions on which lift to take and which key for which door can be clearer and might be better to include in the pdf guide. Overall it was a wonderful stay with good management.

Spacious cozy apartment. It’s advertised as sea view. Well, not entirely wrong. But just be prepared for construction site view as well by the sea. Traffic noise can be heard even though the apartment is on the high floor.

No contact for check in process. She doesn’t show up, no invitation for group chat she promised for an hour. There was heavy smoked cigarettes entirely property which is not their fault but at least some treatment needs to be done before renting out, right? Property located in the mall. Convenient location

Terrible check-in process. Supposed will receive email for check in process, but until the check in day, still no receive anything from them. The message and phono unreachable. Went to the property management office and they gave me 4 phono number, all unreachable. Ended up watsapp them to get the check in process.
