“This was a very comfortable place to stay during our trip to Johor Bahru. The apartment was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic facilities we needed were available. What impressed us most was the customer service. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and were always willing to help. The surrounding area is convenient as well, with lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We had a great experience overall and would happily recommend this place to our friends.”

“Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the room assigned to us, we discovered that it had not been cleaned. Towels were scattered throughout the room, and the rubbish bin was still full, indicating that the room had not been prepared for incoming guests.
