Calls to the front desk went unattended. Trips down to the front desk with issues were never resolved. Elevators were slow, and too few. Temperature in the dead of summer was brutally irregular from hallway to room to elevator to lobby. Requests for basic amenities like body wash and hangers were never followed up on. Employees were mortified when informed. Cleaning staff was excellent, kind, and accommodating.

I will always stay here close a short 1 minute walk to times square. Literally on broadway. Excellent choice for food.

Super good Hotle!!!! Definitely recommend for anyone staying here !! The water is super smooth when you shower and the rooftop bar with a look out to the city is the cherry on top!!!

Hotel is very nice however they are beginning to start a renovation project on hotel. The fitness gym area is very small for a hotel this size. I wish it was a bigger space for a fitness area. Overall happy with stay room view was amazing also. The staff was also very helpful as well.
