We stay at this particular hotel on a somewhat regular basis traveling from Ontario, Canada to Florida. We have always had excellent stays. The hotel is easy to get to with lots of parking. Its very quiet, and the breakfast is better than most. The staff make this hotel our go to. We've always had amazing staff at this hotel. Most times we leave a 5-star review and they deserve it. We did have an issue with our room this time, but spoke with the Manager on Duty and are quite satisfied that we won't run into the problem again. We will be staying here again in about a week and I'm sure we will be back up to a 5-star review. Overall my husband and I completely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again.

Checked in a hurry dropped stuff in room and had to leave. Once back in room noticed sticky substance on night stand. I wiped it down, checked bed it was clean. Bathroom needed a good cleaning around toilet, behind toilet and in corners. Every corner of room had dust. Room was good from far, far from good. Thankfully it was a quick stay as I would not stay again. Staff was friendly.
