Property advertised as recently remodeled rooms. Property was being cleared out but not remodeled, it was very old and run down. Room had bugs and door barely closed. Looked like homeless people and vagrants living in first floor rooms. Had to find other accommodations because it was so bad. I will never use Expedia again if this is the way they review their accommodations before placing on their website. I'm 68 years old and stayed in many hotels, motels and condos in my life and this was, by far, my worst experience ever.

The manager on hand was friendly and laid back. Real nice guy. I don't know whose cleaning but their getting over on him. I didn't have a problem after I cleaned up. My dog got to stay with me for a good price. If they were to deep clean better as well as some of the riff raff that are in an out, it has potential!

The pictures that they have posted would’ve made it a decent hotel, but when you get there it’s nothing like the pictures and they have changed the name of it. I wouldn’t waste my time going there it’s horrible

Had the window shut on me checking in at 4am, walked in the room and felt itchy, slept in chair in corner then woke up to roaches in the shower didn't use that either

Our room was disgusting. It seemed no one had cleaned it in a long time. The bed was uncomfortable and the remote to the tv didnt work well.

This was an awful place waliked in the door and had to go to the bathroom the shower was filthy someones used soap in the shower leftover food in the mini fridge floors were nasty no phone in room no internet the hotel itself is in a dangerous location people up all night in parking lot will not be staying again

Check in staff was very friendly. Most of the residents who checked in later that afternoon appeared to be on the sketchy / criminal side. Check out was terrible, the owner just glared and wouldn't even speak.

ROACH infested!

My boyfriend and I requested a king room just to get a full. I wasnt going to complain until we killed AT LEAST 5 roaches. I called the office and they said they would get back to me but never did. I went to check out today and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he wasnt there, but had just told him on the phone i would be coming to the office and he was clearly there. I have emailed, called and went down there and nothing has been done. This place is absolutely disgusting. I wouldnt let a dog sleep here. There was no shower curtain, the fixtures were hanging off, the sheets were dirty, floor was nasty, and did i mention there were ROACHES?!??! All i requested was half my refund and they just said nothing could be done.

All of my clothes smell like cigarettes eventhough they room was supposed to be non smoking. Sheets had stains. Bugs on the walls. No reason these owners have it in this condition!

Pick something else!!!!!!

When we turned the bathroom light on the roaches started running. I was there for a surgery the next morning and we didn't sleep a wink. The lamp shades had glitter on them from a previous guest and names written in sharpie on the bed. We paid $157 for one night to be woken up by someone threatening to stab another person. I should have paid the extra 200 for the other hotel. This was also during hurricane Helene and people were looking for places to stay safe and clean. This definitely wasn't the place. Oh yes, the black mold on the ceiling, used toilettries and the toilet seat with period blood left over was an was an added bonus. Nasty room. If it weren't for having back surgery we would have slept in the car on an air mattress.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke in bathroom coming from upper ceiling vent. Water got hot fast. Only 1 tiny bar soap given. New carpet. TV bad with multiple lines across it. Very thin towels to use. Walls in bathroom need more than just paint. Hair on side of tub and around drain.

Absolute nightmare !!!

Horrible and very unprofessional. Upon check in room had no soap,towels,or toilet paper. Very run down and ragged appearance plus not clean at all. Then returned to our room the second night to find our room had been cleaned out and rented to someone else at 130 am so had no where to sleep. Our belongings where in a storage room and part of them were in a garbage bag. Retrieved our stuff and left for home , drove all night and arrived at 830 am.

The room was not clean only one lamp work the door

The room was not clean and up to Harley any kind of standards the door had gaps all the way around it the lot was broke only one lamp worked the bathroom door would not close and handle broke the exhaust fan cover was broke and fell in the floor overall the room was terrible service was terrible would not even give it a one star rating very poor conditions of the whole establishment

Not fit for roaches to stay in

This is a hotel you need to remove from your inventory as you can see from the pictures I have attached. The door had no bolt lock, it had graffiti on the door, there was a window unit a/c in the parking lot next to the stairs to the second floor, there was seats from a car or truck in the front parking lot. They charged a deposit when we got there that was never mentioned until we got there and it was late when we arrived. Our reservation said non smoking which was absolutely not right and there were burn holes etc in the comforter. The pictures on your website Hotels.com is not at all what we saw when we arrived that I swore we were at the wrong place. The 3rd picture was graffiti on the inside of our door. And the smell horrible. Please update your information on this hotel so no one else is put through what we went thru since it was NHRA weekend we were 3 hours finding a new hotel and it was 1:30am when we got to new hotel.

Really unfortunate experience. I expected a dinky motel for the price, I’m not too particular. All I ask is that a room is reasonably clean, safe, and functional. I booked a non-smoking room for 6 nights. The first room they checked me into had cigarette burn marks in the bedside table and the comforter. I asked for a different room and they kindly showed me a few options, all of which still smelled like smoke, and had stains and/or burns, crumbs on the bed, etc. It was late and I didn’t have another option so I chose the least smelly room. I ended up bringing in some blankets from my car to sleep on to avoid the smell of the sheets. The deadbolt on the door did not work. The tv was large but had no picture, only audio. There was trash and crumbs on the floor, bathroom counter was sticky. There were multiple dead bugs. There was a small hole in the wall that lead directly outside. Sheets and towels were stained as well. All that being said, I was fine paying for the one night as I did chose to stay there, fair is fair. However, I did not feel comfortable staying there another night. I explained my concerns to the front desk and asked them to adjust their charge in my card from 6 nights to just the one and they refused. I’ll now have to dispute the charges with my bank which is annoying. Someone looking to rent a room for this cheap isn’t expecting a 5 or even 2 star experience but this was extremely disappointing. Do not believe the photos, they are very outdated
