Property is very tranquil and has a relaxing atmosphere, which is very nice. We stayed there as it was close to all the places we needed to go. Service was very friendly but not as efficient as expected in a hotel of that category. E.g. coffee, bath salt, shower caps or water was nit refilled, you had to ask for it when needed. Food is good but choices are limited.

Professional and friendly staff from the gate the security gives clear instructions. Front staff by the reception they welcomed us with smile and they kept on checking on us if we were still okay. Waiters and waitress were excellent, room service food was delivered very quick. Overall were happy with our stay and definitely coming back, well rested.

Disappointing service and cleanliness!

The venue is stunning, but the service was disappointing. We waiting a very long time for in-room service. Glasses and cutlery were dirty we could see lipstick stain on our glasses. My message bed towel was dirty with makeup & lipstick stains as well, that immediately put me off. The food was very dull and not tasty at at 1/10!
