Room had the shower in the main room. Beds were small twin beds. There was a large clump of black hair by the sink. I have brown hair and my wife had red. We used the Resteraunt and clearly stated my wife had a severe allergy to onions. She ordered a hamburger that came with onions. They said they would cook another. It did not come with onions but she took 2 bites and started to get sick. She went to the room and threw up. She felt better. Service was way slow and not attentive at all. Overall we will not stay there again nor will we use the Marriott line again.

This is an ideal location for an overnight stay for connections around Joburg Airport! A regular shuttle every 30 minutes gets you from airport to hotel door in 5 minutes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms a little tight - but imaginative. Food and bar does an adequate job - with great staff. If you’re a Marriott Bonvoy member you can collect points here too. We had flown in after a 14 hour flight - and this was a welcome place to freshen up, sustain ourselves and sleep on clean sheets ready for an early connection next morning. Well done to the staff of the hotel. They know what the hotel is there for - an inexpensive stopover - but they made it comfortable.

I tried to contact the hotel several times to know where to pick up the shuttle at the airport and nobody ever replied leaving me to scramble when I arrived . Interestingly once I tracked it down it was a very well run an efficient process. The need to explain how to find the bus when you land if you not going to respond to email.
