As Johannesburg is a hub for the region, I chose this hotel because of its proximity to airport. But they have only one minibus for shuttle service, so if something goes wrong you’ll wait! I waited more than one hour at airport. Hotel is nice and clean, staff friendly.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom was a great size. It could be improved however if the shower had a screen door on it as the water went everywhere in the bathroom. The restaurant offered a good range of menu items but we found that the service was slow as it took nearly 45 minutes to receive our food for dinner. Airport shuttle service was great.

The property is very clean and the staff are highly professional! The room was very large and well worth it for the price charged! The bathroom was a huge spa bathroom with a huge bathtub. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great place to stay if you have limited mobility like I do because the elevators work well. The shuttle service is excellent and prompt. Very pleased with my stay and will return in the near future!
