Everything is walking distance and under the roof, didn’t have to go outside. Loved that about the hotel. The Spa was excellent from the moment you walk in. I give all the ladies there 10/10.

This hotel is elegant! Comfortable and clean. Great breakfast every morning, beautiful garden/pool area just the other side of the casino. Many choices to eat and drink. Best of all is the awesome service in every area of the property. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very underwhelmed with this hotel. The room was outdated and looked like a motel rather than a hotel. Bed was comfy and it was clean, but would not stay here again if I had the choice.

3 stars for highway noise

The reason for 3 stars, we were given a room by the highway although the hotel was pretty much empty this time of year We stayed here before and we got a very nice room and no noise Traffic and noise from it, did not die down until about 1 am, and started again at 5 am. We were very tired but could not sleep

Try booking any where else before booking here. How this hotel is a 4 star hotel baffles the mind. Disgusting rooms got moved to another room due to how bad the first room was , 2nd one was just as bad, had to get our own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and room. Staff stand screaming at each other in the hallways with no regard to any of the people in the rooms, buffet breakfast was cold with some of the items visibly there for a long period of time I Wouldn't serve it to my dog . Had a extractor fan in the bathroom that would not switch off and was making a massive noise to which the maintenence teams solution was sticking toilet paper in it and telling us thats all he can do
