We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc.
There is a booklet provided for any extra information. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast the next morning and it was provided as advertised & described. (Delicious too!)
The night we were there we were out rather late for a show at the SunBet Arena and I'm honestly so glad we stayed here rather than any other generic place. The service was superb from all members of staff, the other guests were friendly, the food was homely, the room itself was stunning and the bath was awesome!
We will definitely be coming back here again and have already recommended it to other family members.
I had a wonderful stay at this guest house. Pretoria's best kept secret. Warm service, wooden floors and enough coffee in the room (not just two sachets like in most hotels). And the huge towels.
Relaxed and quiet atmosphere at this wonderful guesthouse. My room was clean and fresh with enough coffee (most places don't have that) and proudly South African Rooibos amenities. It smells wonderful. The staff was very professional and so helpful.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. This guesthouse is located in a beautiful quiet area. The staff goes out of their way to help with everything, even when we needed a full breakfast really early we hope to come back soon.
This guesthouse is one of Pretoria's best kept secrets. It is close to everything but in a quiet secure area. The garden is beautiful and peaceful - I could not believe it could be this quiet this close to the main streets. The staff is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. They really go out of their way to assist wherever they can. All the rooms are different and each has its own charm and character. Some are a bit smaller but most are really large. Breakfast was delicious and they had no problem to serve it really early when I had to leave for my meeting. Everything is fresh and clean. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
I booked for 3 nights but only slept over for 2. My husband was released from hospital earlier. My room was not cleaned at all, when I came back from the hospital the evening, the dirty cups were still in the room and my bed was not made up and the bathroom was in the same condition I left it the morning.
