The room: the Jacuzzi was not a Jacuzzi! It was a big water reservoir. And the room the first night had a drainage odor, we asked be moved to another room, but it never happened the rest of the facilities was ok and the personal treatment too

It was beautiful my kids loved it our 1st room the toilet didn't flush so we were immediately transferred to another room the staff were super welcoming n friendly the water so warm my kids was there all day rain or shine
