This was my first time taking a trip to the Westin in Portland, Maine, and I am sad to say that this not the best experience.
The staff at the front desk was very friendly and checking us in and assigning us to a room. The room was a good size space but unfortunately the water did not stay hot.
The location was close to downtown and The gym was OK and I was disappointed that there was no pool. They also have shuttle services available, but we were not informed until the last night we were there.
There is nothing wrong with the hotel outside of not having hot water but overall I think for the price it is not worth it. Paying 400 to 500 a night for these amenities were not worth it especially for a Westin
