Bom café da manhã, mas o espaço do café é pequeno para a demanda. Quarto confortável. Equipe gentil. Localização boa. A garagem é gratuita (mas pequena para carros grandes). Vale o preço cobrado. Voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

Hotel péssimo. Já chegando a porta do quarto estava com a fechadura molhada, ao abrir o quarto era puro cheiro de mofo, muito mesmo. As toalhas rasgadas, pareciam mais um pano de chão. Muito barulhento. Café da manhã fraco. Tive que interromper a estadia, pois tive uma crise alérgica com o mofo. Não dá pra ficar

ÓTIMO HOTEL!

Hotel bem localizado, no final do bairro Cabo Branco, o que lhe confere tranquilidade, com acesso fácil aos trechos de barracas, restaurantes, etc. Um ótimo custo-benefício. Café da manhã muito bom, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. O único ponto que deverá ser revisto é a rouparia, pois as toalhas ja merecem ser aposentadas.

Val Atlantic Hotel - João Pessoa

A localização é top, o atendimento muito bom. O café deixa a desejar, faltam itens, e em alguns momentos o espaço lota, em 3 dias faltaram itens da cozinha como queijo coalho por exemplo, num dos dias faltaram frios básicos (mussarela e presunto), a máquina de café também esteve quebrada, utilizaram garrafas térmicas nem sempre tinha disponibilidades, os quartos assim como o hotel precisa de algumas reformas, mofos, infiltrações, paredes sujas, fios expostos são coisas que dá pra arrumar se tiver boa vontade e interesse. O enxoval também merece atenção, toalhas velhas batidas e encardidas, algumas nem dá pra usar. A piscina muito boa assim como a área social, o atendimento dos funcionários é um ponto alto do hotel, mesmo com suas limitações tentam ajudar. Sou um hospede frequente do hotel e torço pra que os superiores entendam as criticas dos hospedes e considere como uma critica construtiva, buscando melhorias para uma experiência maravilhosa, uma vez que a tarifa que cobram para o que entregam, deixa muito a desejar.
