Liked the hotel, breakfast was great and the pool area is great. Only complaint is there's limited on site parking. I was afraid to move my car and not be able to valet my car again after going out.

Quarto limpo, cama confortável, ar-condicionado funcionando bem. Banheiro pequeno porém limpo. Restaurante pequeno para quantidade de hóspedes, itens faltando e alguns não repostos. Elevadores quase sempre cheios, levando a espera. Recepção atenciosa.

Trip in João Passoa

5 days in Joao Passoa. Hotel is well located very close to Tambau Beach with a lot of things to do around. Hotel staff is good and professional. However not at a 4 stars level like mentioned on the hotels app. Room are missing maintenance and cleanliness is not utmost. On the very positive point: - localization - FItness (hotel does not have is own fitness but provide to a fitness close to hotel that is excellent) - laundry service next to hotel very convenient - Coffee and aramitized water available all afternoon on hotel as soon as you arrive from your daily trip Point to improve: - maintenance - cleanliness - elevator that you can wait for quite a while

Perfeito senão fosse a falta de estacionamento

Ótima localização, cama confortável, espaçoso. Tinha sala e um quarto, no entanto quarto muito quente, batia sol e o ar-condicionado do quarto não gelava o suficiente. O ponto negativo é o estacionamento, pouquissimas vagas, e o manobrista estaciona o seu carro na rua. Um hotel de rede deveria ao menos ter um terreno/local para deixar os carros. Se paga r$ 20,00 para o manobrista estacionar na rua/área pública

Muito boa. Restrição maior: a area de recepcao (lobby) nao oferece o minimo de conforto para os hospedes. A rigor, não existe um lobby e sim um mero balcao de atendimento (funcionarios competentes e solícitos). Nao tem sala de espera. Isso incomoda.
