Ainda bem que ficamos apenas uma noite, pois o hotel é bastante desconfortável. As roupas de cama e banho estão visivelmente desgastadas, o que compromete a experiência. O único ponto positivo é o atendimento na recepção, onde os funcionários se esforçam para ajudar, mas, infelizmente, são limitados pela falta de recursos oferecidos pelo hotel.

Durante toda nossa estadia o elevador não estava funcionando, tivemos que usar as escadas que por sinal estavam precisando ser limpas. A cortina do quarto não é totalmente blackout, na pia do banheiro a água não descia rapidamente pelo ralo. A estrutura em geral do prédio precisa de uma manutenção.

Hotel muito agradavel, proximo de tudo, funcionario educados e atenciosos. Cafe da manha delicioso, só nao gosteo do chuveiro do banheiro devido a forma de como a agua sai, mas o restante maravilhoso, quando voltar em joao pessoa sera la que ficarei hospedada novamente. Recomendo demais.

Estadia muito confortável, com funcionários gentis e prestativos. Fica no centro de João Pessoa, então é muito bem localizada. Limpinha, bonita e perfeita para hospedagem. O único porém é a dificuldade para estacionar, já que o hotel não possui estacionamento e nas proximidades encontramos proibições e muitos veículos já estacionados. Os recepcionistas oferecem a possibilidade de manobrar o carro para outra rua quando o horário da proibição de estacionar iniciar, mas ainda é um pouco incômodo a ausência de estacionamento.

A estadia foi boa, porém houve algumas ocorrências um pouco desagradáveis. Na sexta-feira faltou energia apenas no prédio ao final do dia, já no último dia de hospedagem faltou água impossibilitando tomar banho para retorno, com isso foram essas duas ocorrências que a deixaram a viagem um pouco desagradável.

As condições do hotel estão péssimas. Está muito depreciado. Infelizmente fui surpreendida por inseto nojento na escada de acesso social. O que me impediu de fazer o café da manhã no hotel, e me impulsionou a sair do hotel antes do prazo final da reserva. Sugiro que seja feita uma reforma básica no hotel, uma vez que o tamanho do quarto e do banheiro são satisfatórios. Pintura nas paredes, portas, janelas e cortinas. Bem como manter o prédio detetizado. Elevador em boa condição. Os funcionários estão de parabéns, umas vez que fui bem atendida, com atenção e respeito de todos. A roupa de cama parecia limpa, colchão e lençóis razoáveis. As toalhas limpas, talvez precisando serem trocadas, somente por apresentarem muito tempo de uso. Frigobar ok

O hotel em si era o que esperava, mas a limpeza não compareceu. Quartos sujos, mesa de refeição completamente suja... toalhas de banho apesar de lavada, mas estavam encardidas comum aspecto ruim e cheiro meio desagradável. Tivemos azar, pois havia um grupo de eletricistas instalando as decorações de final de ano na praça. Trabalhavam a noite toda, mas no café da manhã comiam tudo o que tinha pela frente... tivemos que descer muito cedo... Preço condizente, mas o aspecto geral é ruim. Difícil retornar...
