1. Habitación muy amplia, cama confortable, habitación con buena iluminada, buen AC, baños pueden ser mejores. 2. En las mañanas te despiertas con el carrito de las señoras del aseo; las ruedas golpean con el piso terriblemente y las conversaciones entre ellas en los pasillos. Así que olvida dormir tarde. Las señoras son amables. 3. No usé el Spa. Desayuno está bien. Extrañé mucho el pan de queso que no lo ofrecen todos los días. 4. Tienen servicio de bicicletas gratis, maravilloso, buena piscina y jacuzzi. 5. Promocionan tours que facilita el reservar directamente con el hotel. 6. Es un hotel con mucho potencial por ubicación pero necesita ser modernizado.

Estive de férias com meu marido e fomos muito bem recebidos no hotel Kastel . A equipe de recepção está de parabéns. Todas funcionárias são muito atenciosas . Sempre muito prestativas . A equipe do café da minha idem . Quartos sempre limpos e com toalhas e roupas de cama muito cheirosas . É um hotel com toque rústico elegante para quem curte . Café da manhã é bem variado todos os dias e o hotel muito bem localizado .

Hotel bem localizado, perto de shoppings, restaurantes, mercados, quartos limpos, café da manha muito bom e bem diversificado. Equipe de funcionários atenciosos, educados, prestativos. Estacionamento espaçoso, cadeiras, guarda-sol, bicicletas são um diferencial no hotel. Já me hospedei 2x e voltaria tranquilamente outras vezes. Um dos melhores custo-benefícios, de João Pessoa. Equipe excelente e café da manhã tbm. Funciona no estilo de uma pousada. Fiquei decepcionada porque não estava funcionando a cozinha à noite. Como pegamos chuva, teria sido melhor comer no hotel. Com chuva não há o que fazer no hotel, que na minha opinião deveria ser denominada como pousada. O serviço de camareira tbm deixou a desejar, pois não conseguiam fazer a limpeza todo o dia.

O hotel possui estacionamento gratuito, piscina de tamanho adequado para o tamanho do hotel e uma jacuzzi. Café da manhã não era enorme mas era com comida fresca e deliciosa, variando algumas opções a cada dia. Também oferecem um café da tarde que era mais um lanche que só café. O bar tem preços razoáveis. O hotel tem serviço de praia e você pode pedir itens do bar pelo whatsapp! Achei isso ótimo! Levaram até um cooler pra gente. Eles também emprestam toalha que pode ser levada pra outras praias além da que fica em frente ao hotel. O quarto era bom e limpo. O banheiro poderia receber uma reforma mas não estava quebrado... só aparenta o tempo de uso.
