Bom hotel, o atendimento precisa de um treinamento

O quarto é confortável, o banheiro tb, chuveiro mto bom, a cama e os lençóis tb. A limpeza é boa tb. O café de manhã é mto bom, tdo gostoso, tem um cardápio para fazer na hora: tapiocas, omeletes,panquecas.. etc, a mesa posta é pequena mas tudo de qualidade. A piscina é pequena mas tem cadeiras na praia, um diferencial em João Pessoa. O restaurante do hotel a comida é boa e com valor justo. O único detalhe a melhorar é o atendimento, recepção, garçons tanto do café qnt do almoço, precisam de treinamento, precisam ser mais atenciosos, mais solícitos, com mais sorriso no rosto. Disponibilizam um whatsapp intitulado: bem estar, mas não dão atencao, as perguntas que fiz não foram atendidas. Fui dar um feedback a supervisora sobre o atendimento, uma senhora de cabelos brancos, que me olhou de cima abaixo, ficou com cara de desdenhe dos meus apontamentos, uma pena pq estragou a minha experiência, no final uma pessoa chamada Vinicius melhorou um pouco, mas já estava tão chateada com o atendimento dessa senhora que sai chateada do hotel.

O hotel parece ser tocado por jovens, e a tal geração Z não tá nem aí para os mais velhos, hóspedes ou não. Na entrada ninguém abre o carro nem ajuda com as malas, música alta e repetida bate estaca dia e noite, serviço ruim e desleixado no café da manhã, nem quis experimentar o restaurante.

É um hotel pequeno, mas bom e bonito. Embora tenha potencial, precisa melhorar em alguns pontos como qualidade do café da manhã (os alimentos que são feitos na cozinha a pedido do hóspede precisam melhorar muito! O waffle e a panqueca são lamentáveis!) e conforto no serviço de praia (cadeiras mais confortáveis e mesinha, por exemplo). Os funcionários são muito gentis, atenciosos!
