Pros: - Very nice breakfast. - Good location. - Parking. - Well sized rooms. Cons: - Some of the cleaning staff is rude and doesn't clean well. - The hotel allows policemen to join the breakfast buffet while carrying fire guns and large rifles. My son was very scared about it. If the hotel wants to give them food, why not allocate a special place to let then be served? - Water in the pool is very cold. - Air conditioner is very week and windows don't close properly. Would I stay there again given price and other options in João Pessoa? No.

Bom hotel. Atendimento excelente. Cade sa manhã excelente. Alguns peoblemas no quarto..puando banheiro tao alta.que quase nao dá para usar. Impossível crianças usar. Nao se aplicar paran criança. Uma ótima hospedagem

O hotel é bom, bem localizado, o quarto tinha um bom espaço, tudo limpo quarto e banheiro. O café da manhã tem muita coisa, café excelente e ainda tem um robô gato garçom que leva seu pedido de tapioca até você, super inovador e foi uma atração no café. O hotel pelo valor da diária, oferece uma ótima estadia e nos faz querer voltar a se hospedar nele.

Muito bom!

O hotel é muito bom e tem bastante estrutura. O café da manhã é farto em variedades e a qualidade de tudo é muito boa. Destaque para o robozinho que faz entrega do seu pedido na sua mesa. Só tenho uma ressalva quanto a água quente que demora muito pra esquentar e não esquenta muito e no meu quarto a torneira da pia precisava apertar muito pra fechar. Nada que uma pequena manutenção hidráulica não posa resolver.

Final de semana em Jampa

Já havíamos nos hospedado antes no hotel e o padrão de qualidade continua diferenciado. O especial na hospedagem continua sendo o café da manhã. Muito farto, delicioso e tem até um simpático robô que serva na mesa os seus pedidos. Com certeza um dos melhores hotéis de João Pessoa.

Vale a pena apesar de pequenos problemas

Teve aspectos positivos e negativos. Positivo: excelente cafe da manhã e boa estrutura de piscina (considerando a categoria do hotel que não é um resort). Internet boa. Sala de reuniao boa. Negativo: atendimento do check in foi ruim. O funcionário mentiu sobre os quartos. Disse que nao havia mais nenhum quarto, pois o nosso estava com problema no ar. No entanto, depois da insistência, 1h depois, apareceream 3 quartos para a gente visitar e testar o ar. No penúltimo dia, as 20h fui fazer um pedido na cozinha. O funcionário disse que ja havia passado do horario. Quando desci para pegar um ifood, a cozinha estava funcionando com os funcionários batendo papo.
