It is a much more basic property than I thought when I booked. Rooms are basic. Bedding is basic. Outlets for cellphones are poor in the room. But there are other things that help: staff is amazing. Everyone is very nice. Shout out to Maria Jose at the front desk and the ladies on the breakfast area. Everyone is amazing. The Internet is okay. The pool area is very good and the area of the hotel with convenience store and restaurants is walkable.

Hotel com manutenção muito ruim, sem TV e sem água quente por 1 dia. Lâmpadas que não acendem na acomodação. Alguns recepcionistas nada cordiais. A localização é boa, mas deixa a desejar como hotel, já que funciona como flat e moradia, tudo misturado.

A nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, estavis em uma mine lua de mel. E se fosse para escolher, escolheria novamente o Happy Manaira. A Unica coisa que deixou um pouco a desejar foi a qualidade do colchão.

Atendimento da Recepção ruim, o pessoal mal responde um bom dia, o quarto que colocaram agente estava com a tomada próxima a cama solta com fio exposto, pedi para trocar de quarto mas acho que a recepcionista não gostou muito pois a mesma disse que não tinha como levar a chave pra gente ver o outro quarto pq estava só na recepção e pediu que agente descesse para pegar a chave, então meu esposo desceu e foi pegar a chave de outro quarto já que o que colocaram agente estava com a única tomada que tinha no quarto estava com o fio descascado piscina não tinha como usar porque estava em manutenção mais só foi avisado na chegada, coisa que achei muito errado, quero parabenizar as meninas da limpeza e as meninas do café da manhã muito educadas

Estadua otima, cafe da manha pouca variedade, mesma coisas todos os 5 dias que ficamos hospedados, atendimento de uma senhora que muito mal educada. Amiga ficou boba com atendendete da noite com seu tratamento a ela.

Fiquei decepcionada principalmente com os serviços oferecidos. Em uma cidade com temperatura alta, só oferecem uma toalha de banho por pessoa, a qual é trocada a cada 3 dias. Achei isso bem desagradável, pois com o calor, a tendência é tomar mais banhos. Saí e comprei mais toalhas. Pode ser uma maneira de liberdade, mas o frigobar é vazio, ou seja, se vc esquecer de abastecer, pode passar sede durante a noite.
