This is a privately owned unit within the Gold Flats hotel therefore breakfast is not included but very affordable. Room has a kitchenette and balcony.

We booked the room as comfort and with a king size bed but what we got was a 138 cm wide bed. Kjng size should be 180 cm wide. This was a huge disappointment as the quality of stay strongly reduceses when a couple need to share such a narrow bed. We went to the reception to get bigger bed but they could not do any. We had to contact the owner. We did so and after some back and forth he said he should see what he could do. But we never heard any more from the owner.

Muito bem localizado. Condomínio bom, porém tudo que você pede na recepção, mandam conversar com o anfitrião. Paulo o anfitrião é pessimo e não da atenção nenhuma. Fiquei 5 dos 6 dias que estive hospedado sem água quente. Chamei o Paulo todos os dias e nada. Estava on-line no zap e não dava atenção. Jogou a culpa no condomínio o tempo todo. Fui conversar com outros hóspedes e não tinham nenhum problema com a água. Secador de cabelos não funcionava. Utensílios de cozinha faltando. Móveis antigos e sem manutenção. Limpeza toda desorganizada, deixou muito a desejar. Toalhas e roupas de cama de péssima qualidade. Experiência péssima em uma cidade tão boa!

O apartamento está em uma ótima localização, e possui uma boa estrutura de eletrodomesticos, o que ajuda quando se viaja de outro estado e em familia. O lugar possui um sofá-cama, uma cama de solteiro e uma de casal, bom para famílias. Quando chegamos fomos notificados que o último hóspede não havia devolvido as chaves, até acharam que nós éramos o hóspede anterior. O ar condicionado e as cortinas precisam de manutenção (limpeza do filtro do ar, cortinas muito empoeiradas) porque tivemos problemas com a quantidade de partículas estranhas em suspensão = mofo. O micro-ondas não funcionou. O banheiro não estava limpo, não tinha papel nem pano de piso; tivemos que providenciar por nossa conta. Não tivemos o local limpo em nenhum dos dias e nem anterior a nossa chegada. As roupas de cama estavam desgastadas e algumas rasgadas. As toalhas de banho estavam ok. Chegamos a comunicar alguns dos problemas na recepção, mas viemos embora sem ter qualquer resposta.
