Durante a nossa permanência de 6 dias o quarto foi limpo apenas em 2 dias. (observo que em um dia solicitei para não limpar, portanto, em outros 3 dias não foram limpos). Quando chegamos verifiquei que estava com água empoçada no banheiro por não fechamento da ducha higiênica. Houveram hóspedes fazendo barulho excessivo que gerou muitas reclamações (conversamos com diversos hóspedes e confirmamos o desconforto). Tais hóspedes estavam no hotel por motivo de evento de ocorreu (parece-me que foi sobre agro-negócio). As portas dos elevadores fazem muito barulho (falta manutenção)

Cordialidade dos colaboradores nota 10! O café da manhã é o jantar achei bem repetitivo. Teve algumas noites que poderia escolher a lá carte e outras o buffet, tivemos apenas 1 dia da estadia como buffet, os demais ficou repetitivo com o a la carte do cardápio. Mais atendeu as necessidades.

Pense em um hotel ótimo! Minha estadia foi maravilhos! Espaço de recreação para crianças com um mini parque aguático, sala de jogos e playground, paa quem anda com crinaças é um diferencial e espaçoso! Hotel longe da praia, todos os dias o período que fiquei estava cheio o café da manhã, demora na reposição de itens, fila da tapioca enorme com uma pessoa atendendo apenas em um período de alta lotação o que achei um absurdo, peguei pacote meia pensão e o jantar e péssimo, tivemos que jantar fora, por fim no meu quarto apareceu uma barata, enfim não tive uma experiência agradável e não recomendo o hotel.

Hotel dentro do padrão, mas pode melhorar na qualidade da limpeza, não houve limpeza mesmo colocando a placa, passou o dia todo sem limpeza, no fim do dia quando já precisa já estar no quarto foi que apareceu a funcionária.
