The property is very lovely and clean and most of the food was really good! The staff was very friendly and diligent! The only really bad thing was sat night across our room a house had a party with a live band starting around 11 pm going on all night until 6:30 so we could not sleep. It wasn’t direct responsibility of the hotel but maybe they could work more with authorities to enforce the necessary restrictions

En general el hotel le está muy bien, le pongo 3 estrellas porque el colchón era una piedra (habitación 12) y porque ponen música en vivo en el restaurante que está en la puerta de los cuartos desde las 9 am. Jiutepec es destino de bodas, está cero divertido llegar de madrugada y a que las 9 te despierte el concierto del buffet :( Por lo demás, muy lindo y el staff muy atento.
