“Our stay here was ok. Everything was clean but it was a stay without character or friendliness. The staff were extremely formal and the whole experience (stay and food) was very expensive compared to the other places we stayed during our trip, despite being in a smaller town. We prefer a more authentic experience. It is close to the centre, however, so all the interesting temples and shops were within walking distance”

“Very unique experience, located in the heart of the ancient city. Breakfast was not huge but very tasty and accommodated a few things for us. The staff was super friendly and some of them spoke good English. They even gave us a little present before leaving.”

“The area was generally very dirty. The entrance to the hotel was being used as a shop for Chinese girls to get dressed up and having makeup. Hence it was as you were entering a small fitting room. The staff could hardly understand a word of english, while we had to ask for very standard supplys such as toilet roles to be provided to the room.”

“Cuando llegamos nos atendio una señora muy amable, pero que hablaba solo en chino, a pesar de eso llamo al hijo que hablaba muy poco ingles, pero necesitabamos coordinar un taxi para ir al otro dia a la estacion de tren, logramos coordinarlo mediante traductor. Eso fue lo mas complicado, el resto del hotel esta muy bien, la habitacion era confortable, tenian losa radiante y calefaccion electrica por si van en invierno, teniamos todo lo que necesitabamos para la hanitacion, muy limpio todo, el...

“Beautiful, clean, new room with everything you could need. Staff was always willing to help you! The free buffet breakfast was amazing! There were also free washing machines, dryers, and a gym. A robot delivered a plate of delicious fruit every afternoon!! It was great!”
