Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Een ster is nog te veel.

In dit hotel is alles oud, vies en het stinkt overal naar sigarettenrook. Ook in de niet-roken kamer op de rookvrije etage. De handdoeken zijn dun en de gaten zijn dicht genaaid. De naden van de douche zijn vele malen opnieuw dicht gekit. Als de buren boven ons douchen klinkt het alsof er een zware regenval op het dak valt. We kunnen mensen naast ons duidelijk horen praten. Het bed is keihard. Klagen heeft zin, want niemand spreekt daarvoor voldoende Engels. Het ontbijt is matig. De (oplos)koffie staat te koken op een warmhoudplaatje. Een soort van waterige sinas moet voor sinaasappelsap doorgaan. Voor de plattegrond van de stad, alleen in het Chinees, moesten we 10 yuan afrekenen bij het uitchecken. Kortom, we begrijpen niet dat dit hotel voor een 5 sterren hotel moet doorgaan.
