In dirty area and very hard to get transport from the place , We had paid in advance for the buffet but we didn’t get it on any of the days of our stay and every day they gave us two options for breakfast.

It was a nice hotel building but unfortunately they didn't maintain well. The washroom that located on the main floor (near by the waiting area) was dirty and smelly, we can even smelled before we entered. Most corridor that connected to all room was dirty, the swimming pool was out of service (guests can't use it). The free breakfasts were cold or room temperature all the time, nothing excited, and many flies in the dining area.

Personalet er super imødekommende og søde. Rengøring er en mangelvare. Vi så ikke en eneste gang poolen blive renset. Der var møgbeskidt alle steder. De tørre bordene af med tørre klude.

Nefasta experiencia, no volvería allí, aunque me lo regalaran. El Hotel estaba muy deteriorado con falta de mantenimiento con una suciedad impresionante, cucarachas en el ascensor cuatro días sin que nadie las limpiara, polvo… el desayuno decepcionante muy malo, sin variedad y con muy mala calidad, Suelo visitar hoteles y jamás había visto esto.

Ce n’est pas du tout un hôtel 4 étoiles. Il l’était peut être mais dans les années 90! J’avais l’impression d’être seul dans un hôtel abandonné. L’hôtel a besoin de grandes rénovations pas juste un peu de peinture. Le petit déjeuner était juste terrible. J’arrive pas à croire que j’ai payé pour ce genre de petit déjeuner. Il y a rien dans les environs de l’hôtel. Il faut toujours prendre un taxi. Seuls points positifs: la chambre est grande et les gens qui y travaillent sont supers gentils.

L’hôtel est assez vieux. Ses heures de gloire sont passées. On voit l’usure du temps un peu partout. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment moyen. Par exemple, pour les œufs il y avait seulement des omelettes presque froides. Le personnel est gentil mais avec un anglais très limité. La chambre etait spacieuse et propre avec un grand lit confortable, une bonne douche chaude, un coffre fort et un bon wifi. Propre et le ménage bien fait tous les jours. Rien à dire de ce côté la. La piscine est essentiellement à l’ombre. Nous ne l’avons pas utilisée. Il faut compter 10 minutes en voiture pour rejoindre la plage de jimbaran et 1h pour rejoindre le sud d’uluwatu. Globalement une expérience correcte mais en dessous des espérances. Le prix est excessif au vu des prestations.

Staff was really kind!! Dian was AHMAZING. it’s isolated up on a cliff so it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s a little outdated and hadn’t been updated cleaned in a while…. I found a dead frog under one of the cushions one day trying to tan and there’s some cobwebs, but for the price it’s super nice, relaxing and no complaints. I was sad to leave! BOOK IT

Meget stort og smukt hotel. Beliggenheden var fin, man kunne gå uden de helt store problemer til stranden. Maden i restauranten var okay. Personalet var hjælpsomme og søde, men man havde ikke anden kontakt med dem end højst nødvendigt. Modsat andre hoteller mm. havde det her ikke den hyggelige og personlige stemning over sig, som blå. skyldtes at der var så stort at der føltes tomt. Regeringen og værelserne var der dog ikke noget at sætter en finger på.

I love their food. All had been cooked perfect. And also the good view. However, the things in the room are too old. Even the telephone cannot use and the door of washroom is broken. Highly recommend to renew the things.

Not happy....beware!

I am a solo traveller. I found the Hotel lovely to look at, clean, good staff. However, when I left there I still had a credit account, which I opened on arrival, and only partly used. When I left I was told the remaining credit would be transferred to my account within three days. That was 6 days ago and still no credit. I unfortunately paid for a week in advance, had to leave after two days, but was told they wouldnt reimburse me the remaining five days, so I lost out there too. Finally I seemed to be the only person there for dinner, so atmosphere was greatly lacking.

Nice stay

Extremely friendly and nice staff. It is hidden from the crowd but hourly shuttle service takes only 10-15mins to Jimbaran beach. Overall, clean and tidy room. Good vibes for family holidays.

It was a beautiful hotel with nice rooms, pool, snooker, karaoke and live music.. everything was perfect except the Wifi...which was really bad in our room...we stayed thr for 12 days and they were not able to fix it even after repeated complaints...no one came and asked us once if our problem was solved...we had to call them every time...

Great hotel!

The hotel facilities were very good. The service was exceptional. I am gold member of Hotels.com, stayed in countless number of hotels. The service in this hotel is exceptional. The only negative experience is the hotel is in a very safe place, hence the distance to local shops or restaurants is quite far. The hotel runs shuttle service every hour till 9pm for this purpose, which helps.
