There was construction on the neighboring property so they offered us a room upgrade with a better view free of charge. This resort was the perfect place for our perfect honeymoon. The facilities, scenery, and atmosphere are so incredible that they truly speak for themselves—there’s no need to say more. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway in Jimbaran, just come here. What truly elevates this resort to perfection, however, is the dedicated and kind service of the staff. The butler service made our entire stay incredibly comfortable, and we’d like to express our deepest gratitude to our butler, Bella. We’re also especially thankful to Andy, who speaks fluent Korean and was a huge help to us as non-native English speakers. The resort’s restaurants are also filled with warm and attentive service. At Rumari, where the sunset views are breathtaking, we were always greeted with cheer and kindness by Bagus, Lani (with her warm smile), and many other lovely staff members. Rumari also offers the Secret Cave Dinner experience—which was absolutely magical and unforgettable. Livia’s kind and thoughtful service made it all the more special. If you're on your honeymoon, this experience is a must. At Loloan, where you can dine with a view of the beautiful beach, we were again met with exceptional service from friendly and welcoming staff like Jocelyn and Arya.
